When Tails was barely 3 years old, his parents
died thanks to a certain overweight robot enthusiast. The little fox was then
adopted and raised (alongside Sonic) by Sonic's Uncle Chuck. Sonic and Tails
have been the best of friends since then and each considers the other his own
brother. Though Tails idolizes his "big brother" for his adventurious spirit, he
is fully aware of his hero's mental faults. Tails does his best to keep Sonic
under control, but it's a big job for such a little guy. Full of energy and
innocent wisdom, he's also a child genius. Already Tails has roughly a million
inventions to his name... though only a few of them have actually been fully
completed.
He also has two tails (hence his nickname), which enable him
to fly when twirled fast enough... What? He's a videogame
character!
Tails is very helpful and kind-hearted, and is a good buddy to
just about everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom. His best friends, aside from Sonic,
are Luigi, Knuckles, and Daisy. Although he does find Knuckles to be a little on
the arrogant side at times.
