The owner of the Happy Mask Shop is an incredibly odd little fellow. No one knows WHERE he came from or WHAT he is! I mean is he an elf, a human, an imp, WHAT??? No matter how grim things get, the Happy Mask Shop Owner is eternally happy and tries his best to cheer everyone up with his "Happy" masks... but it doesn't usually work very well.
