Mallow
Mallow is the loud-mouthed,
money-grubbing, diminutive owner of Nimbus Apartments and nobody likes
him. Mallow's favorite things to do are bust Luigi up for rent, bust Sonic up
for rent, bust Tails up for rent, and randomly shut off the power and water for
various tenants in his building. Very obnoxious and highly unlucky, Mallow is
the series fall-guy: Meaning whenever something bad happens, it's usually
happening to him.
On a related note, Luigi hasn't paid Mallow the rent on
his apartment for five years...
