Lakitu
Lakitu are strange creatures indeed.
They're a race of koopa that somehow manage to ride around in clouds.
Not all Lakitu are bad, but mostly all of them are a
nuisance. They enjoy pestering people and generally being a pain. Not much can
be said about these guys except that they're weird and they have bad
eyesight.
