13 is the unluckiest (and possibly closest to
human) employee at BS&S Research. He's a well-meaning sap who's trying to
juggle an unsupportive wife, three kids, and a dead-end job. One wonders how
this guy can keep a job as a phone interviewer when he has yet to get even one
person to complete a survey, but maybe the forces of evil that he works for have
enough kindness in their hearts to let him keep working... or, well, maybe it's
not necessarily "kindness," considering the job...
