Not much is known about the Enigma. Where did he
come from? Who is he? What's up with those gun arms? Where did he get that cool
cape? Why am I asking you? All we know is that the Enigma is "terribly
mysterious" and wants to use his powers for the good of humanity, but so far,
he's not doing a very good job of it...
